Delivery Information
For your security and convenience all of our delivery services are handled by An Post courier services.
We offer free delivery on orders over €75.00 within Europe, for all orders under €75 delivery will be charged as follows:
Ireland (including NI) – €6.00 next day delivery with An Post courier service
Great Britain - €9.00 priority post with An Post
Europe - €14.00 priority post with An Post
For delivery outside Europe please email for shipping quote, this will be charged at cost. These charges will depend on destination and weight.

Delivery times
We aim to have your order dispatched with the next available collection after your order is received.
For all orders within Ireland placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped the same day with An Post couriers for next day delivery. A signature is required upon receipt.
For all orders to the UK and Europe please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Orders outside the EU can take up to 5 days for delivery, however shipping times are outside are control and sometimes can take longer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hide & seek operates a simple returns policy. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale or special orders. Please note swimwear are not eligible for return.
We can change or cancel an order up until the point where it is dispatched and offer a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days and we will happily organise a refund (excluding delivery costs).
Please note that with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage costs.
If you wish to return or exchange an item we ask that you please email us at sales@hideandseek.ie to advise us of your request prior to shipment.
Returned items must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. Clothes and shoes may be tried for size however no tags should be removed.
If an item is damaged or faulty, it must be reported to us within 24hours of delivery. Please return the item(s) immediately and we will deliver replacement to you. Where a replacement product is not readily available we reserve the right to refund the order in full upon the return of the faulty item. Please also retain original packaging for any items damaged in transit as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments.
Once we receive your return we will check the item(s) are eligible for return as defined above. Once this has been confirmed a refund or exchange will be processed according to your requirements.
